What this site collects, and why.

NICRA Advisors (needicr.com) is run by Tony Pisarenko in Sacramento, California. This policy covers the information collected through this website. It does not cover information you share as a client through other channels, which is handled under the terms of that engagement.
What we collect
- Readiness assessment. The twelve questions are scored in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere unless you request the written report. If you do, we receive your name, email address, organization, and your answers and score.
- Calculator. The indirect cost rate calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored.
- Consultation bookings. When you book a call, you give us your name, email address, the time you picked, and anything else the booking form asks for or you add.
- Kit purchases. You pay on Intuit's QuickBooks checkout page, not on this website. We receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email address, and billing details, and whether the payment went through; we never see your full card or bank account number.
- Email. Anything you send to tony@needicr.com.
This site uses no analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
How we use it
Only to respond to you: to write and send the report you asked for, hold the consultation you booked, deliver the kit you bought, and keep the business records that tax and accounting rules require. We do not add you to a mailing list, send newsletters, or contact you about anything unrelated to what you asked for.
Who processes it
This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores assessment report requests on our behalf and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses (netlify.com/privacy). Bookings are handled by Cal.com. Its calendar loads on the Book page, so Cal.com receives your IP address and browser details when you view that page, and it may set its own cookies (cal.com/privacy). Kit payments are processed by Intuit (intuit.com/privacy). Email is handled by Google Workspace (policies.google.com/privacy).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Report requests, booking details, and email are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up, or for the length of an engagement if you become a client. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting record-keeping rules require.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email tony@needicr.com and we will respond promptly. These choices apply to everyone, including California residents, and we do not sell or share your personal information.
Do Not Track. This site does no cross-site tracking, so it treats every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page and its effective date.
